Registration of companies, trademarks, patents, industrial models, and intellectual property (both industrial and literary), including the following:
– Taking the necessary procedures to establish companies and procedures for amending them or converting them into closed or public joint stock companies in accordance with the companies’ system and in accordance with the requirements of the Capital Market Authority.
– Preparing regulations organizing the internal work of companies in accordance with the provisions of the labor and employment system and the forms used in this regard.
– Extracting, renewing, updating and amending commercial records for companies and institutions, extracting replacements for lost ones, and opening branches inside and outside the country.
– Obtaining all necessary licenses from granting government agencies according to their jurisdiction, including licenses from the General Investment Authority and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
– Registration of commercial agency, distribution and commercial franchising contracts in the commercial agency registry at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
– Registering trademarks and trade names in accordance with UAE law and regulations, as well as following up on their registration in the Arab Gulf countries and Arab and Western countries.
– Taking all necessary measures to protect trademarks and industrial and literary intellectual property rights, combating commercial fraud, combating counterfeiting of products, anti-dumping, and unfair competition.
– Documenting and preserving the contracts and transactions carried out by the office’s clients, and preserving their private documents according to official records filed with it.
